In order to provide you with the best possible service. Please note that returns/exchanges are not accepted. We do not offer refunds. By ordering from our website, you agree to our policies. Draw Traffic Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable returns.
All wigs/bundles order have a 7-10 business processing period. All hair is PREORDERED unless marked as "Ready to Ship".
Orders are not processed over the weekend or holidays.
Discounted and sale items are FINAL SALE.

Once orders are done processing please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped. Our shipping options include USPS standard and express. The shipping rates are calculated by determining the delivery address and the total weight of the order during checkout.
Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, and once it is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Please make sure that the address provided matches the address on your credit card. If the address does not match, payments will be declined. Draw Traffic Hair is not responsible for mail being delivered to an incorrect address or lost, stolen, or damaged goods.
